I’m Annah, she/her
Owner of Annah Meintzer Photography
Pronounced: an-uh mine-sir
My devotion to documentation and preservation of moments is my entire life. I have video of each day of my life from 2016 up until today. (seriously, today!) I make compilations yearly. I’m a record keeper and I bring this dedication to my clients and your events. I will give you 100% of my dedication and effort. Quality of work and our interactions is crucial to me.
My gratitude is endless for all of the people/places I encounter because of photography. I witness graduations, money being raised, families grow, love expressed- all because of my job.
I’m a professional conversationalist. I help you and your guests feel comfortable in front of the camera. I’ll play your favorite music, prompt and show you how to get into poses, plus keep conversation flowing.
Kindness is crucial. Our time here is limited. Every moment is the most important.
Even when you have insecurities, even when the weather is stormy, or even when you feel as though nothing is special enough to take photos- your existence is enough to preserve your memories.

I grew up and spent most of my life near Chicago. After I earned my BA in Photography, I moved to Colorado- although I’m forever a midwesterner at heart.
When I’m not working, I love to dance at Red Rocks, write, paint, snowboard, thrift, hike, camp and storm-watch.
All are welcome here. I’m an activist. I support women, advocate for BIPOC, the LGBTQ+ community, small business owners & more.
My college professor, John White always said: “Everyone is either going through a storm, coming out of a storm or about to be in a storm.” I try to keep room for more understanding and kindness towards others in my daily life.
