What are you paying for when you invest in a professional photographer?
As a professional photographer, I have invested tens of thousands of dollars to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Photography. In addition to my professional education, technology changes often and I invest in programs/trainings and new equipment at least once each year. New camera bodies, lenses, flashes, hard drives, softwares, finance management programs etc. The costs of my sessions accounts for these incredible resources that enhance my services.
Hiring a professional involves trust; trust in my conversational skills, my backup systems to ensure your images are safe, trust in my technological skills, my personal connection skills, posing, being relational and much more. By hiring me, you’re hiring a professional who cares deeply about documenting the important parts of your life and about giving you the best experience I can with beautiful images. I take my job and your satisfaction very seriously. Although I wish I could do this for free, it is my job. Doing so allows me to pay the bills as well as continue to be a photographer and storyteller. I’m able to be my best most authentic self because of my clients!

-customized digital vision/mood board (sample photos to plan your favorite poses, style, angles etc)
