Denver Women's Headshot Photographer
Amber has been in front of my camera for the past 4.5 years we’ve known each other. Amber was one of my very first friends. I met her at a business networking event 2 weeks after I moved to Colorado early 2019. She was kind and welcoming to me right away. We clicked instantly and I knew we would be good friends. We’ve grown so much alongside each other as individuals, business owners and friends. We did a little photo session in Denver before Amber left for her trip to Japan for the next few months!
Amber helps me to leave my comfort zone, helps me feel inspired and passionate about life. It’s no surprise that she’s a mindset and spirituality coach for entrepreneurs. Her positive energy is contagious! I love taking photos of her.
The Barn at Sunset Ranch Wedding Photographer
Aubri and Matt’s wedding at Sunset Ranch in Buena Vista was incredible.
This venue has breath taking views, it’s spacious and a nice option for a destination type wedding in Colorado.
This venue accommodates up to 160 guests and allows dogs! They have an outdoor game area, getting ready suites, fire pits and a patio for cocktail hour and for guests to enjoy on warm summer evenings.
These two were so kind and a joy to be around throughout their day. We had perfect weather and of course the perfect sunset. The views here had so much to offer. The mountains in the distance, the open fields and skies, the happiest people- it all had me smiling the entire day.

Alex and Collin’s Mountaintop elopement in Boulder
This private, weekday elopement after a rainstorm in Boulder was magical. Alex and Collin are so sweet together. Documenting their special moments and elopement was a dream! I was in love with the overgrown grass at Chautauqua from all the rain we’ve gotten in Colorado over the summer.
When I first started photographing weddings around age 20, I quickly realized how important it was to connect with the people I’d be photographing. Couples choose to trust me, a photographer (who is usually a stranger prior to the event) to be one of the only witnesses for their marriage or elopement! Annnnd to wander around with them for several hours in nature while they express the most vulnerable words and emotions to each other. There’s never been any room for NOT connecting with my clients.
So I began to make sure I asked all the questions about their lives, their relationship, their hobbies and making sure there’s not uncomfortable silences. Having your photo taken is already intimidating, but to confess your love and commitment to you partner in front of a camera? Terrifying. Well, hopefully it’s not so terrifying after we meet and we become friend haha
But in all seriousness, other than taking quality photos and being well versed in my profession, I make it a top priority to keep the conversation flowing, prompts being given, lots of movement being incorporated, all to assure that you’re having a great time on your special day AND to have incredible photos to look back on as well as memories.
