I took some updated headshots in Boulder for Tori near the creek. Her dog, Gary is probably the tiniest dog I’ve ever seen and he is perfect.
Engagement and Proposal Photographer in Boulder
Ian and Lexi’s Surprise Proposal in Boulder was stunning. These two were out for a morning hike with their dogs Gonzo, Murray and Hank. I arrived early to wait for them near some trees off of the trail. Ian had planned everything ahead of time, including a friend planning to cancel on them so that they could go on this hike!
The sun was low, there weren’t many other people on this hike, so it was a magical experience. To see people I’ve never me tor just met profess their love to each other in the mountains on a Thursday morning was so special.
Being able to photograph life events is special enough! And to think back on all of the moments and decisions that have led me here is what makes me feel so much joy.

Wedding Photographer in Boulder
Have you ever seen a first look with an alpaca? Alyssa knew Bradley loved llamas and she compromised with getting an alpaca to show up in her place for the first look!
After lots of plotting behind the scenes to make that happen, Bradley had a surprise too. He gave Alyssa an adorable collage of photos of a puppy that he adopted in secret! They would bring the pup home in a few weeks. Alyssa cried and laughed and it was so sweet to witness.
Before the ceremony, the weather was a bit more cold and windy than expected. They had an amazing team to help reassure them. One of their coordinators read them a poem about how rain on a wedding day is never bad luck. In fact, it symbolizes strength. Rainwater on a knot only makes the knot stronger and more difficult to untie, just like the bond of a marriage.
All wedding days are memorable for the best reasons- Alyssa and Bradley’s day was no exception.

Event Photographer in Boulder, Colorado
As an Events Photographer in Boulder, these photos from Whittier Elementary School’s auction at the Velvet Elk was wonderful! The Velvet Elk has low lighting, a long narrow bar and seating area that leads to a larger room for events like fundraisers, auctions and a stage. It was a cold snowy evening, but the turnout for this fundraiser was great. If you have an event coming up that you need photos of, send me an email!

Candid Family Photos in Boulder Colorado
I’ve never had a bad in-home family photo session. Everyone is always comfortable being in their own home, the animals are calm and little ones can take a nap in their rooms at any moment haha
The in-home photos are naturally wonderful. They are such an accurate representation of you and your family. I always recommend these if you have the space to do it!
