LGBTQ+ Event Photographer in Boulder

Butterscotch Studios in Longmont hosted an event called Taste the Rainbow. So many skilled artists, comedians, dancers, poets, drag queens, drag kings, singers and more came on stage to perform. It was high energy and I felt inspired throughout the event.

Their space has a small, but efficient backyard where this event was hosted. There were at least 30 people attending. I was impressed with Butterscotch’s ability to arrange so many chairs in such an effective way for all of the guests.

Wedding Photographer at the Flagstaff House in Boulder, CO

Gail and John’s wedding at the Flagstaff House in Boulder was magical. These two and their guests were present, emotional and so happy to celebrate love. It was a gorgeous day.

TheFlagstaff House in Boulder is a venue that has incredible views in a quiet area just up Flagstaff mountain. If you choose to rent the entire restaurant out for your wedding, there are multiple rooms available for guests to have dinner, the ceremony is on one of two deck areas overlooking the mountains, and the reception area has a dance floor plus seating nearby. All of the different rooms offer a lot of variety with photos.

It’s one of my favorite places to document weddings because it’s an elegant and unique space.

Event Photographer in Boulder, CO at the Shelby Collective Museum

The Community Food Share hosted an event at the Shelby Collective Museum in Boulder. Seeing so many unique cars in one location and learning fun facts about when or where they were built, who drove them, how many miles they were driven and how much they’re worth today was such a fun experience.

The museum is a nonprofit. It has multiple buildings full of cars, old signs, books and volunteers who have endless fun fact information to share with visitors.

Family Photographer in Boulder, CO

I met Taylor Keith and Miko on a cool fall morning at the cabin they were staying at in Twin Lakes for these family photos.

I’ve taken family photos for Taylor and Keith for about 6 years now! Their family typically has more animals than humans and it’s the best. As Miko grows each year, I’m amazed to see how much he changes and becomes different versions of himself.

The fall colors mixed with snow capped mountains is always an unreal sight. It’s one of the many things about Colorado that makes me feel so grateful to live here. The fall season here is quick. Once the cold weather leaves a frost, all the leaves will be gone. But we timed these photos absolutely perfectly.

Seeing my friends and clients growing and changing makes me happy. Your family is special and it deserves to be documented annually often.
