Small Wedding Photographer in Boulder

A small wedding at Chautauqua Park in Boulder. The views here are incredible, it’s a short walk from the road and there’s room for your closest family to attend. Haley and Jeremy made their way with family from Illinois and got married at Chautauqua in front of the flat irons on a gorgeous August day.

There are several good locations for your ceremony at Chautauqua. To get married here, just your photographer needs a permit as long as your group has less than 50 people.

All of the locations at Chautauqua have lovely views of the mountains. Although there may be one or two people walking past with a dog at some point, it can still be relatively quiet.

One of the best parts about Chautauqua is the option to drive up the an overlook point afterwards! Lost Gulch is a classic spot to see the mountains to the west and look out over the town of Boulder to get some dramatic and panoramic photos.

After your wedding or elopement, there are endless dinner options nearby on Pearl Street. Some favorites of mine are Japango for sushi, Gemini for Tapas, River and Woods or Bramble and Hare for a farm to table experience.

If you need a photographer, send me an email and we’ll connect!
